Warmongers doing business under the pretext of rebuilding Ukraine.

EXCLUSIVE

Warmongers doing business under the pretext of rebuilding Ukraine.

The experience of Afghanistan and Iraq shows that whenever the West is faced with a lack of funds, a so-called global meeting is held to support reconstruction or humanitarian aid to these countries, and spends the proceeds on their war-making and militarization.

NOURNEWS- At the two-day summit on the reconstruction of Ukraine, which was held in London, the participants agreed to provide 60 billion dollars in financial aid for the reconstruction of Ukraine and the revival of the war-torn economy of this country.

The government of Britain issued a statement and claimed that this meeting is one of the biggest meetings since the end of World War II. The London meeting ended with the World Bank estimating that $411 billion in financial aid is needed to rebuild Ukraine.

This seemingly supportive meeting for the reconstruction of Ukraine is taking place while there is a great uncertainty about it, and that is, how can Western countries claim that in the circumstances that the war is still intensifying and the West is also emphasizing on the large-scale shipment of weapons to Kyiv? Their main goal is to rebuild Ukraine?

The mentioned conditions show that Ukraine is not only on the path of reconstruction, but as the dimensions of the war intensify, its ruins will increase every day.

According to these facts, the holding of this meeting should be evaluated from several perspectives:

First; While the Ukrainians thinking about joining the EU and NATO defensive treaty, Ukraine has turned into a ground for the West to wage war against Russia, and finally, NATO, European and American officials officially announced that Ukraine's membership request to join NATO is something unenforceable and they left it to an unknown future.

This issue has weakened the morale and lack of motivation of the Ukrainians to continue the war, as at times the leaders of Kyiv have spoken of their readiness to accept peace plans.

Due to these conditions, Western countries are looking for a new treatment promise called reconstruction instead of membership in NATO and the European Union by holding a meeting on the reconstruction of Ukraine.

To be more precise; This meeting is a kind of fraud against the people of Ukraine who have lost their lives, property and land because of the ambitions of the West and internal supporters of West.

Second; While the Europeans and the US insist on continuing to send weapons to Ukraine and prolonging the war, there are massive demonstrations and protests against the continuation of the war and the economic and political policies of the West in many of these countries.

The experience of Afghanistan and Iraq shows that whenever the West is faced with a lack of funds, a so-called global meeting is held to support reconstruction or humanitarian aid to these countries, and spends the proceeds on their war-making and militarization.

Now a similar situation is going on in Ukraine, and the West which is in need of financial resources, is deceiving the world by claiming to rebuild Ukraine in order to finance war-making.

For example. Although the West claims to provide funding for reconstruction, it has made this reconstruction conditional on the achievements of Kiev on the battlefield, and this achievement is also conditional on the provision of weapons.

The priority of providing weapons to achieve victory and reconstruction is raised while in the past few days the Westerners have acknowledged the inability of Ukraine to achieve victory against Russia, and on the other hand, some officials such as Borrell, High Representative of Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the EU, have said that the weaponry stockpiles are empty. He further demanded to meet military needs of Ukraine by increasing the production and purchases of arms.

This is more apparent when, at the same time as this meeting, the European Commission announced that EU governments support the plan to use the proceeds from frozen Russian assets to help finance Ukraine.

Earlier, Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission said on Wednesday: the executive arm of the EU will present a proposal on how to use frozen Russian assets for Ukraine before the summer vacation.

The 27-nation European Union has frozen more than 200 billion euros of Russian central bank assets and another 30 billion of private assets of Russian oligarchs.

The dishonesty of the West regarding the claim of rebuilding Ukraine becomes more obvious when these countries reject all the peace plans proposed by China, South Africa, Brazil, etc. and insist on prolonging the war.
