NOURNEWS - According to Palestinian media reports, Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, who visited the UAE, called the opening of the Tel Aviv embassy a historic moment, claiming that "Israel seeks peace and reconciliation with its neighbors instead of war."
The opening of the Israeli embassy in Abu Dhabi after the normalization of the UAE's relations with this regime is another betrayal of the Palestinian nation and cause, and of the entire Islamic and Arab Ummah.
The opening of the embassy comes weeks after the 12-day war in Gaza, in which at least 256 Palestinians, including 67 innocent children, were martyred by the Zionist regime and more than 2,000 others were injured.
The UAE-Bahrain compromise agreement with the Zionist regime was formally signed on Tuesday evening (September 16, 2020) in the presence of former US President Donald Trump, and the two small Gulf Arab states revealed their long-standing secret relationship with the Zionists.
