NOURNEWS - Following the release of the Biden government's official report on the brutal murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi journalist in which all the perpetrators of the crime were convicted and sanctioned except the mastermind, bin Salman, it now appears that the Saudi Crown Prince has received the green light from the White House to step up his crackdown on his opponents.
According to information received by Nournews, in addition to intensifying domestic repression, Baneh Salman has instructed the Saudi Moderate Center and the Intelligence Service to identify their activists and political opponents in other countries, and at the same time, through paying big amounts of money, has persuaded its friendly countries to cooperate in this regard.
Some of bin Salman's opponents, in anticipation of a change in the new US administration's policy towards the Saudi ruling body and a reduction in pressure on bin Salman's opponents, have stepped up their internal activities and launched relatively extensive media activities to expose corruption in the Al Salman dynasty.
These actions, which have been closely monitored by the Saudi intelligence services, have provided the Saudi security services with new clues about the effective opposition of bin Salman and the Al-Saud dynasty at home, as well as groups active abroad.
In the meantime; Some activists and user accounts in Saudi Arabia have warned of his new decisions to crack down on foreign opposition by stepping up security crackdowns on critics and opponents of bin Salman.
Numerous messages have been issued warning of bloody clashes and the removal of dissidents, similar to what happened to critical Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
In this regard; Moroccan authorities have recently arrested Osama al-Mahrouqi, a Saudi university professor and businessman who was a critic of bin Salman and an Australian national, at Riyadh's request.
In addition to the unsettled situation in Saudi Arabia in foreign affairs, including Yemen, which has led to their humiliation in the face of countermeasures by Yemeni forces, the internal situation in Saudi Arabia is extremely tense these days and political activists opposed to the Saudi regime are trying hard to expose corruption and tyranny.
The situation has escalated to the point that the Americans are worried about a revolution like the Iranian revolution in this country. "In the current sensitive situation, more care must be taken in dealing with Saudi Arabia so that a revolution similar to the Iranian revolution is not repeated in this country," the American newspaper Politico wrote.
The Saudi regime, which was open to any aggression given the full support of the White House during the Trump era, had been holding a cane before the Biden administration's release of the Khashoggi case report, but it seems that the content of this report has eased the Saudi court's mind to continue its inhumane acts.
