NOURNEWS- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced last Wednesday evening that he had formed his cabinet.

In a letter to Bani-Gantz, the leader of the Blue-White Party, and Netanyahu, the regime's leader, Rovin Rivlin, Netanyahu formally announced the formation of his cabinet.

"I have formed a government cabinet," he wrote in the letter. He also called on Gantz to convene a meeting in the Knesset to vote in favor of his cabinet.

The Knesset is also set to decide on a new speaker for parliament.
