NOURNEWS- Abbas Ahmadvand, research assistant at the Faculty of Theology and Religions at Shahid Beheshti University, commented on the formation of study clusters at the university: "This goes back to early March, when quarantine conditions occurred, which led to the closure of universities." Universities, as the most important institutions of thought, thought and the spread of science, knowledge and knowledge, considered it their duty not to leave the people and society alone and, as always, to solve problems hand in hand in the conditions of corona and the spread of this disease. One of the jobs of the universities was virtual education, which fortunately the universities passed the exam well, and among them was Shahid Beheshti University, which ranked first in the country in terms of statistics, and this was also reported in newspapers and news agencies.
Form six clusters for research activities
He added: "With the help of university officials, and especially in the e-learning center, another research paper was added in the history of Shahid Beheshti University." The use of cyberspace and its presence has been taken seriously and six clusters have been formed to continue the research activities of the university, considering that the current issue of the country is Corona and it should be with those who are working in the trenches of health and treatment. Other aspects were also considered.
According to the university professor, research clusters were formed as a think tank where researchers and scientists come together. The first cluster is biotechnology and the second cluster is design and production, the third cluster is legal issues, the fourth cluster is social issues, the fifth cluster is economic and political issues, and the sixth cluster is religious and moral pathology, for which I am responsible.
The translator of the book "Shiite Religion" added about the actions of this cluster and the work done: In the sixth cluster, we have taken measures for about a month since its establishment; For example, we have gathered about 110 prominent scientific figures and intellectuals in the same field of religious, moral and Islamic religious studies in the virtual platform in order to create an atmosphere of dialogue between elites and thinkers, and by juxtaposing these 110 prominent scientific figures of the country. We have gathered in several universities.
Participation of 20 universities in the conference "Ethics, theology and pervasive disasters centered on Corona"
Ahmadvand continued by pointing to the conference on "morality, theology and pervasive disasters centered on the corona": The second issue that is the result of the efforts of this cluster, the launch of an international conference entitled "ethics, theology and pervasive disasters centered on the corona" held online It happens. This international conference is also licensed by ISC and has the participation of 20 universities and scientific institutes inside and outside the country. Until May 20, the deadline for receiving abstracts and July 10 for submitting original articles and July 20 will be held virtually and online. We have already held 6 two-person and multi-person pre-sessions with the participation of several people from all over the country in the context of the webinar (online seminar). This pre-session itself is actually the conference body that publishes both abstracts and articles and topics and content. We implement and publish previews. Fortunately, the country's five scientific research and extension journals have agreed to publish selected papers at the conference. The address of the conference website is for the information of ethicsconf.sbu.ac.ir enthusiasts.
The author of the book "Feyz Kashani from the Perspective of Orientalists", referring to other scientific works carried out by Shahid Beheshti University at the same time as the outbreak of corona, said: "Another program that came out of the heart of this cluster and with its initiative. Research and Technology University. At a time when cyberspace is everywhere and mystics and the general public are present in cyberspace and present all kinds of views correctly and incorrectly, we thought that professors should have more presence and participation, and we should become a tribune and a platform for sound and We convey the image, analysis, and views of professors that are the result of their experiences of philosophy, ethics, mysticism, comparative religions, history, and other aspects of religious and moral studies that use their own experience to present analysis and understanding of the problem. . Our plan is to hold more than thirty webinars by the end of May, and most of these webinars will be presented in 3 or 4 sessions.
Ahmadvand added: "In some meetings, up to 200 people, the maximum virtual ceiling that can be present in this webinar, the participant is present." Even now, it is the holy month of Ramadan, so that sometimes we get scientific revival late. Despite declining mosque activity, our speakers, experts, researchers, and audiences alike have a scholarly discourse and academic vision, an academic perspective on the Corona issue, and religious and moral aspects, and seek to fulfill their mission as part of a larger academic community.
He continued: "As mentioned, we were the originators of this Corona program and Beheshti's webinar, and we currently support five other clusters." They are also in the fields of economics, politics, law and society, and production and science and technology and biology. We also help in the sixth cluster to somehow carry the burden of the entire university complex in this area so that this can be done. We have a very strong and professional technical team for this issue, before the meeting is held at the appointed time, they hold a test session with the participating professors and are present during the program as technical support so that no problems are created in this regard. They then edit the files technically, carefully extracting all the audio and video of the sessions, and then publish them throughout cyberspace, including the apparatus. Another innovative work that we and the technical team have done is to edit the extracts and important sections of the webinar discussion and publish them in the form of an audio magazine, which can also be used. Famous figures have also served in this webinar. Dr. Nasser Fekouhi was the first person to discuss this issue in the Corona Webinar program of Shahid Beheshti University.
Conducting a survey entitled "Ethical Challenges of the Medical Staff Against Corona"
Ahmadvand added: "Another measure we have taken in the sixth cluster - religious pathology and ethics - has been the implementation of a survey research project entitled" Ethical Challenges of the Medical Staff Against Corona ". There are ethical challenges and concerns in your issues and the treatment staff that needs to be addressed. In this regard, we designed a survey plan and prepared questionnaires and selected 100 target community members from the treatment staff. We are currently completing the questionnaires and are analyzing, classifying and reviewing the results in a scientific format such as the article. The Moral Challenges of the Medical Challenges Challenge is ahead of Corona, and the second survey has just begun. In addition, with the help of the Vice Chancellor for Research of Universities and Managers of this field, we have started to receive applied research projects and problem-solving to cover and solve the moral aspects of Corona, which are being received and the arbitration process is underway.
The author of the book "Historical Texts in Persian" said that the university does not scientifically violate these issues, adding that for this purpose, specialized judges see the work and the process goes ahead so that if approved, the executors can do the work. Another section we have designed in the sixth cluster is notes, articles, and short analysis of cluster members. These people write notes that we publish in the context of cyberspace and university sites and some channels, and then we edit them to be published in book form. In this section, our students sometimes write and translate notes in doctoral, bachelor's and even bachelor's degrees, which the university's public relations department publishes as a special note that will be effective in encouraging and motivating students, because the university's goal is what In terms of education and research, students should not feel that the university is closed.
A member of the faculty of the Department of History and Civilization of Islamic Nations, Shahid Beheshti University, added: "We have signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies. Dedicate yourself to Shahid Beheshti University so that we can hold and deliver the articles that come to us about ethics so that we can hold an international conference on "ethics, theology and pervasive disasters centered on the corona".
In the end, Ahmadvand stated: We also cooperate with the Iranian Association of Applied Ethics and the Iranian Association of Islamic History. The journals that help us publish selected articles are: Ayneh Maaref Magazine (Organ of the Faculty of Theology and Religions), Journal of Philosophical Reflections (owned by Zanjan University), Ethics Research Journal, Journal of Humanities Methodology. And the "Ahl al-Bayt (AS) research method" so that researchers are encouraged to know that their articles open their place well in that scientific manifestation.
