The report notes that the United States has obtained information that North Korea has developed and completed intercontinental ballistic missiles at a missile complex in Pyongyang province in the south of the country.
The report adds that the United States has also monitored the launch pads of these missiles and wants to obtain information about the possible launch and testing of these missiles during military parades or special ceremonies.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un announced in January that the country had acquired a new strategic weapon that would amaze the world.
According to the newspaper, it is likely that North Korea will take provocative action before July in order to influence the US presidential election.
North Korea has tested three short-range and medium-range ballistic missiles this year.
