NOURNEWS- Hamaz Qassem, a spokesman for the Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement, praised the anti-Zionist stance of 130 members of the British Parliament.

In this regard, he said: "The position of the 130 members of the British Parliament shows the depth of the opposition to the annexation of the West Bank to the territories controlled by the Zionist regime."

Hazem Qassem stated: "This stance also shows the isolation of the occupiers and their American supporters."

Hamas spokesman also said that the international community should take serious steps to counter Tel Aviv's policies and actions.

It is worth mentioning that 130 members of the British Parliament, consisting of various parties and currents, recently sent a letter to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson. The letter called on Boris Johnson to impose economic sanctions on Israel if it annexed parts of the West Bank to the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
