An Iranian commercial ship was struck near Hengam island and the Shib-Deraz coast of Qeshm around 5 a.m. on Sunday, martyring one person and wounding three others, the Qeshm governor said.

Hossein Amirteymouri, governor of Qeshm county, said the vessel was hit in the area near Hengam island and the Shib-Deraz coast.

One person was martyred and three were wounded in the incident.
