Throughout these years, we witnessed firsthand that under the enlightened guidance of the Martyred Leader, science, technology, and the work of the nation's elites consistently remained among the country's highest priorities. His profound and farsighted vision regarded science not merely as a tool for material progress, but as a priceless asset for national strength, genuine independence, and spiritual authority. His insightful guidance continually inspired a spirit of knowledge and scientific advancement throughout society.

The Martyred Leader regarded the nation's elites as its guiding light and the driving force behind progress and innovation. This conviction became deeply embedded in the country's strategic policymaking, from the establishment and support of the National Elites Foundation to the formulation of strategic documents on emerging technologies and the prioritization of applied research.

Despite persistent efforts by hostile countries to obstruct Iran's scientific advancement, the Martyred Leader, through wisdom and prudent leadership, guided the nation toward scientific self-reliance and the development of indigenous knowledge. His support for knowledge-based companies, the expansion of science and technology parks, and encouragement of the country's elites to play an active role in scientific and technological development are among the tangible achievements that will forever secure his place in the history of Iranian science and technology. This represents only part of his enduring legacy.

The personality and exemplary conduct of the Martyred Leader were truly exceptional. His steadfastness in confronting challenges, perseverance on the path of truth, courage in making historic decisions, deep compassion for all segments of society, and remarkable insight into the demands of the times distinguished his leadership. He was not only a political leader, but also a learned Islamic scholar, a profound spiritual figure, and a teacher of ethics whose life embodied piety, humility, simplicity, and selfless service to God's people.
