Outcome of Trump’s ‘Support’ for Iranians

NOURNEWS – Iran’s Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education has released updated statistics on casualties and damage resulting from the US-Israeli war against Iran, reporting the destruction of 55 emergency response bases.

According to the latest figures, 55 emergency service facilities were destroyed as a result of the attacks. The report further indicates that Tehran and Hormozgan provinces recorded the highest number of fatalities.

Of the total number of injured, 4,992 were women; 2,115 were children under the age of 18, including 70 children under the age of two.

In the healthcare sector, 30,372 individuals have been treated and discharged, and 1,259 surgical procedures have been performed on the wounded to date.

A total of 118 members of Iran’s national health workforce, including medical and emergency personnel, were injured, while 26 healthcare workers lost their lives on the front lines of the crisis response.

The report also notes that 258 women, 221 children under 18, and 18 children under the age of five were killed.

In terms of infrastructure, the damage to healthcare facilities has been extensive: 55 emergency bases, 49 treatment centers, and 226 health clinics were affected. Additionally, nine hospitals were evacuated, and 41 ambulances sustained damage.
