Launch of 78th wave of Operation True Promise 4

NOURNEWS – The seventy-eighth “rain wave” of Operation True Promise 4—carried out with the backing of the clenched fists of the great Iranian nation in the streets and the missiles of its valiant forces in the battel—unfolded tonight under the rain, directed at American and Zionist aggressors, and marked a distinct chapter in the history of the war. Israeli media reported that the pre-dawn assault appears to have been the largest wave of Iranian missile strikes against Israel since the beginning of the conflict.

In the 78th wave of the operation, executed under the sacred code “Ya Dalil al-Mutahayyirin” and dedicated to the noble people of the country’s eastern belt—including North Khorasan, Razavi Khorasan, South Khorasan, and the heroic Sistan and Baluchestan—targets in Eilat, Dimona, northern Tel Aviv, and several bases of the US “terrorist army” in the region were struck with precision by point-targeting Emad and multi-warhead Qadr missile systems, as well as loitering attack drones.

IRGC: We are negotiating with vile, child-killing aggressors through impact-driven operations

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the execution of the seventy-eighth wave of Operation True Promise 4 against targets in Eilat, Dimona, northern Tel Aviv, and several bases of the US military in the region, emphasizing that the IRGC is “negotiating with vile, child-killing aggressors through impact-driven operations.”

Direct hits by Iranian missiles in Haifa / Israeli air defenses fail

Israeli media reported that several missiles made direct impact in the “Nesher” area south of Haifa, causing extensive damage, casualties, and exposing the inability of Israel’s air defense systems to intercept the incoming projectiles.

Local sources also reported that a number of Israeli settlers were wounded in Nesher and the Port of Haifa as a result of missile strikes and explosive warheads.

Air defense failure: Israeli journalist’s revelation

In an unprecedented move, Hillel Biton Rosen, the military affairs correspondent for Channel 14, sharply criticized the Israeli army’s performance, revealing that air defense systems were entirely incapable of countering Iranian missiles.

Referring to recent missile impacts in areas such as Dimona and Arad, he said: “Military officials are asking us not to question the failure of air defenses and to label it a miscalculation. This is unacceptable. If necessary, we will shout and raise our voices so the public understands why the defenses failed to stop the missiles.”

Hezbollah’s combined assault on the north

At the same time, Israeli media confirmed that Hezbollah carried out a large-scale combined attack using cluster munitions and drones against Israeli settlements in northern occupied Palestine.

According to the reports, air raid sirens sounded in Nahariya and surrounding areas due to drone infiltration, while the town of Kiryat Shmona came under rocket fire from Hezbollah, leaving a number of settlers wounded.

Palestinian sources emphasized that Israeli air defenses were completely incapable of intercepting the cluster munitions launched toward designated targets.

Palestinian media also reported hearing explosions in parts of Jerusalem and Ramallah.

Reactions and dimensions of the operation

These attacks come as Zionist media report an unprecedented inability of the Iron Dome and other defense systems to cope with the volume of incoming fire and attacking drones.

According to Palestinian media, military experts believe that the coordinated use of Iranian ballistic missiles alongside Hezbollah’s combined attacks has posed a fundamental challenge to the defensive equations of the Zionist regime.

No precise figures on casualties and damage have yet been released, but field reports indicate widespread destruction of infrastructure and a complete breakdown of conditions in northern cities of the occupied Palestinian territories and the Port of Haifa.
