Ahvaz Salamat Hospital affected by blast wave
As the attacks continued, Ahvaz Salamat Hospital was hit by a blast wave. According to Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences, several projectiles struck areas near the hospital, causing damage to treatment facilities. However, the situation is currently stable.
Medical services, including care for psychiatric patients, are continuing at the hospital, which is one of the specialized centers affiliated with Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in Ahvaz.
This marks the second time the hospital has been targeted.
Since the beginning of the conflict, several hospitals—including Abuzar Children’s Hospital in Ahvaz, Razi Hospital in Ahvaz, and Imam Ali Hospital in Andimeshk (twice)—have been damaged in airstrikes.
Destruction of an enemy drone over Tehran
The Iranian Army announced that an armed combat drone was intercepted and destroyed over Tehran before carrying out any operation.
Since the start of the war, 127 advanced enemy drones have reportedly been shot down by Iran’s air defense.
Other attacks and casualties
The Natanz Shahid Ahmadi Roshan nuclear enrichment facility was attacked.
In Ramsar, an airstrike at 3:37 a.m. killed a couple and their child.
A young child was killed in Ahvaz.
Parts of Shiraz were targeted in an airstrike.
Damage to medical infrastructure
Following damage to Imam Ali Hospital in Andimeshk, some departments are currently unusable, and patient admissions have been suspended. Residents have been asked to go to alternative medical centers.
Casualties in Ilam Province
According to the Ilam governor, 93 locations were targeted, 61 of which were damaged, and 60 people were killed. Victims include civilians, military personnel, and individuals ranging from a six-month-old infant to elite scientists.
Damage in Gilan-e Gharb
Nineteen administrative buildings were damaged, requiring urgent repairs. Damage includes shattered windows, structural issues, and roof destruction caused by missile fragments.
Nuclear safety assessment
Despite the attack on Natanz, official assessments reported no radioactive leakage and no threat to nearby areas.

Explosions in multiple areas of Tehran, including Khajir and near the Semnan junction.
Airstrikes also reported in Isfahan, Karaj, and Rey.
Two people were killed in a residential attack in Kiashahr.
Drone debris fell in Tehran (Narmak area) without casualties.
Attack on residential building in Karaj
Four people were killed after a residential building in Mehrvilla, Karaj, was struck. Eight others were injured, and the building was completely destroyed. Rescue efforts are ongoing, including attempts to locate a trapped child under the rubble. Officials stated that no military or political figures lived in the building.
