Nournews: The spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters warned about the use of drones copied from Iran’s Shahed-136 by the American–Zionist enemy to carry out attacks against Iran’s neighbors.

The statement issued by the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters reads:

To all neighboring countries and the Muslim peoples of the region:

The defeated enemy—having failed on the military battlefield and in building political coalitions against Iran—has now turned to deceit and trickery. Under a sinister plan, it has copied Iran’s Shahed-136 drone and, under the new name “Lucas drone,” is using it to attack illegitimate targets in regional countries. The enemy’s goal is to create suspicion and falsely accuse the Islamic Republic of Iran, ultimately sowing discord and division between Iran and its neighboring states, in order to undermine the lawful and legitimate defensive actions of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Governments and peoples of the region should know that the defensive doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the military aggressions of the United States and the Zionist regime is fully lawful and based on a firm and rational foundation.

As the Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly declared, it targets only the objectives, facilities, and interests of the United States and the Zionist regime. Whenever it carries out an attack, it officially announces it and accepts responsibility for it, as well as the consequences.

Recent examples include mischievous attacks on sites in neighboring and friendly countries such as Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq in recent days, which have been falsely attributed to the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The prudent reactions of officials in these countries to such deceptive and malicious actions will nip this conspiracy in the bud. Being deceived by the devil and adopting divisive positions would only encourage its expansion. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain mutual trust and, by preserving unity and cooperation, make the foreign aggressor regret continuing these malicious acts.
