Farewell and Burial Ceremony of Martyr Rear Admiral Shamkhani

NOURNEWS – A shining star of epic courage and sacrifice, a guardian of the nation’s honor and security, Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani — the Leader’s representative and secretary of the Defense Council — has taken flight toward his Creator after years of striving in the service of Iran.

His pure body will be laid to rest beside the nuclear martyrs, and the memory of his bravery will live on in hearts forever.

The opening ceremony will be held at Vali-e Asr Mosque (Khuzestanis) on Saturday, March 14, at 11 a.m., located on Shahid Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah Street (Vozara Street). After the noon and afternoon prayers and the recitation of the Qur’an, the body of the martyr will be laid to rest at 4 p.m. in Tajrish Square, beside the shrine of Imamzadeh Saleh, son of Musa al-Kazim (PBUH).
