Nournews: Seyyed Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, wrote on X that the U.S. has caused another disaster, this time at sea, 2,000 miles away from Iran’s coasts.

He stated that the corvette Dena, a guest of the Indian Navy and carrying approximately 130 crew members, was targeted in international waters without any warning.

Addressing the U.S., Araghchi said: “You will see that the United States will deeply regret the precedent it has created.”

On Wednesday morning, the Sri Lankan Navy reported that the Dena corvette had sunk in the Indian Ocean and that around 140 of its crew were missing.
