Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez wrote in a post on the X that, “We reject the new unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States government against Venezuela and Iran.”
He added that “these measures violate international law and are aimed at intensifying pressure and escalating aggression against both nations.”
On Tuesday, the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on 10 individuals in Iran and Venezuela, claiming that Tehran and Caracas maintain arms-related ties.
