During a meeting on Thursday with a group of managers and representatives from Iran’s leading technology companies in Moscow, the capital of Russia, Jalali said, “The visit by these representatives to Moscow is not just a business trip; it is a national mission aimed at realizing the ‘Look to the East’ policy and diversifying the country’s economic partnerships.”

Referring to Iran’s leading technology companies as the true ambassadors of the resistance economy and technological diplomacy, he added, “Your presence in Russia, a country with a rich scientific and technological heritage, conveys the key message that a powerful and knowledge-based Iran is eager for strategic and fair international cooperation.”

Jalali emphasized that geopolitical transformations have created unique opportunities for independent and innovative nations, adding, “The relations between Iran and Russia benefit both countries and their peoples, making it a strategic necessity and a significant economic opportunity.”

He also highlighted joint production and investment, bilateral technology transfer, and the establishment of research consortia as solutions for fostering long-term and strategic ties with Russia.
