The foreign ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkmenistan held a telephone conversation to review the latest developments in bilateral cooperation and discuss ways to strengthen ties across various fields.
During the phone call, Abbas Araghchi, and Rashid Meredov exchanged views on the current status of relations between the two neighboring countries.
Both ministers highlighted their shared resolve to expand all-out cooperation in the political, economic, scientific, and cultural domains. They also emphasized the need to deepen consultations and collaboration, particularly in the energy and transportation areas, as key pillars of bilateral engagement.
At the end of the conversation, the two sides agreed to continue regular consultations and maintain close coordination to advance mutual interests.
