Iran’s ISC, Russian’s Mining University sign cooperation agreement
The President of the Islamic World Science and Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC), Mohammad-Mehdi Alavian Mehr, and the Rector of Saint Petersburg Mining University, Vladimir Litvinenko, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a center for scientometric studies.
Alavian Mehr held discussions and signed an MoU with Litvinenko during his visit to the Saint Petersburg Mining University on Sunday.
The two sides signed a joint cooperation program between the ISC and the Saint Petersburg Mining University for the 2025-2026 academic year.
This cooperation program includes the establishment of a “Regional Russia-Iran Center for Scientometric Studies.”
The center’s mission will be to create an accredited network of experts in strategic fields and critical industries.
