Speaking in a ceremony to commemorate National Firefighters' Day on Monday, President Masoud Pezeshkian said that the enemies have sought to increase the sanctions, wishing to force Iran to kneel down in from of them, but he stressed that it is just their dream that will never come true.

He stressed that his administration will do what it can to bring honor and pride to the country. "We will make our utmost efforts to resolve problems and do everything we can to serve the people."

Pezeshkian pointed to the catastrophe in Gaza, criticizing the European states and the Washington regime for remaining indifferent to the genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip while they falsely claim to be human rights advocates.

"These human rights, this UN and UNESCO, are all nothing more than lies. Because innocent people are being killed before their eyes and Israel attacks any country it wants without having to pay any price," the president said.

He went on to stress preserving unity in the face of animosity from the enemies as the way to tackle the problems.
