Iranian FM leaves Tehran for Riyadh to attend OIC meeting

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi left Tehran for Saudi Arabia at the head of a diplomatic delegation to take part in an extraordinary meeting of the foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The meeting aims to examine the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, coordinate urgent aid, and discuss the legal and political dimensions of the Zionist regime’s objectives for the permanent occupation of Gaza.
On Friday, the United Nations declared famine in Gaza, calling for urgent action to stop Israel from further worsening the situation in the enclave.
