In remarks on Friday, Maduro said the world know knows that the Islamic Republic has gained military superiority over the Israeli regime.

It is because of this military defeat that the Zionists have resorted to terrorist attacks and threats against high-ranking Iranian officials, he noted.

He was referring to recent threats against Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, which came after heavy blows inflicted on the regime by Iranian armed forces in the past week.

Iranian armed forces, led by Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has so far carried out 15 phases of Operation True Promise III, targeting strategic Israeli military targets in the occupied territories.

Operation True Promise III is a retaliation for the Israeli military aggression against the Islamic Republic last Friday that led to the assassination of many high-ranking Iranian military commanders, nuclear scientists as well as civilians.

Since then, the regime has continued its aggression, targeting mostly civilian areas, including a building of the national broadcaster, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) in Tehran.

Earlier this week, Maduro described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as “the Hitler of the 21st century” for his terrorist actions against Iran and other countries.

He urged countries like China, Russia, Turkey, as well as groups such as the Gulf Cooperation Council, all governments of the Global South, and Islamic countries, to halt the “madness” of the Israeli regime.

Maduro emphasized that those with political and military power must immediately work to achieve peace and stop the criminal attacks by the Zionist regime's army against Iran.
