London's attempt to fill America's vacancy in the West Asia

Britain must realize that American footprint in the region is not fit to London's foot, in case the same goes for France, and the role they seek to take is certainly not so simple that could become a big swamp for them, and the current situation of the United States in West Asia could happen for them more severely.

NOURNEWS - More than a year has passed since the establishment of the Biden administration in the United States. International developments during this period have shown that its approach to foreign policy issues, although has differed in tactics for various reasons, but generally is similar in strategy to the past.

Although Biden seemingly tries to portray a different role and character from "Donald Trump" and Republicans in global public opinion, but the White House ruling foreign policy team has practically tried on many issues to continue the same path and in the best way possible, took advantage of the opportunities that Trump has created.

Joe Biden's 2022 Foreign Policy Doctrine acknowledges that Washington has shifted its focus internationally to a large extent from West and Southwest Asia to the Far East and, like Trump and Obama, has prioritized maximum confrontation with China.

Iran's involvement with Western proxy elements in the region, on the one hand, and the escalation of the crisis in Ukraine against Russia's interests, on the other, are evidence of this claim and show that the White House's foreign strategy does not seek to maintain a direct presence in this issues so by engaging Iran and Russia, it seeks to address its priority threat; China.

In the meantime; Like the efforts of other European powers, Britain, after separating its table from the European Union, tries in various ways to strengthen its foothold in West Asia, and more precisely, to replace the United States in this region.

In this regard, London is making the most of the opportunity out of Russian attack to Ukraine in order to approach the Arab States of the Persian Gulf, to minimize the impact of Russia's oil and gas outflow from the European market, and to use other capabilities to prevent a bigger crisis.

Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's visit to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, aimed at announcing efforts to end Russia's energy addiction, was met with a wave of criticism for his inattention to Al-Saud's inhumane execution of 81 people in Riyadh.

In this scenario, due to the strategic and close London-Tel Aviv relations, a special role has been seen for the Zionist regime, which, of course, has the necessary contexts from normalizing relations with some Arab States to transferring Zionist Regime from EUCOM to CENTCOM together with a large military and intelligence presence that has been provided in advance in recent months.

The United Arab Emirates, which is simultaneously cooperating with Iran, Russia, the United States, Israel and Britain in several ways, also is seeking to play an important role in the new situation in the region, which hosting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad after eleven years, confirms the claim.

On this basis it seems in the current context, and beside France’s unsuccessful attempt to seize the opportunity in the West Asia to strengthen its presence, Britain is determined to do so, and we will likely see more movement from London in the West Asian region in the near future.

Of course the most important point is that Britain must realize that American footprint in the region is not fit to London's foot, in case the same goes for France, and the role they seek to take is certainly not so simple that could become a big swamp for them, and the current situation of the United States in West Asia could happen for them more severely.
