NOURNEWS - About ten days ago, after Russia requested a guarantee from the United States that economic relations between Tehran and Moscow would be exempted from sanctions after the possible agreement in Vienna, Western officials and media tried to consider Russia's request as the main reason for obstructing negotiations. On the other hand; the news of Russia's request for guarantees received wider attention due to some differences between the statements of "Mikhail Ulyanov", the representative of the Russians in the Vienna negotiations, and the statements of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, especially in a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdullahian.
Accordingly, the Islamic Republic of Iran declared its readiness to listen to Russia's views in this regard and study them in detail. Meanwhile, the Americans, who had become the most important obstacle to the conclusion of negotiations and a strong agreement in Vienna due to their failure to make a political decision, tried to exaggerate this issue to cover up the cause of their inaction.
Although this issue, by taking advantage of the media opposing the Islamic Republic, created a negative atmosphere inside the country, due to the fundamental difference in the approach of the Thirteenth Government in diplomatic issues and foreign policy, which is based on balancing relations with different countries, this issue has become an opportunity that allows Iran Play an active role. In this regard, after Admiral Shamkhani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, clarified in a tweet his country's precise position on the continuation of negotiations in Vienna with the current structure and the use of all available capabilities to reach a strong agreement, in addition to the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to Moscow. All of these factors led to the creation of the appropriate climate for the country to move towards achieving the maximum level of national interests.

In addition, the demand by the Ukrainians for Iran to use the capabilities that exist in the relations between Tehran and Moscow to influence the reduction of tensions between Russia and Ukraine has practically created an opportunity for our country to act as a mediator between Russia and Ukraine. On the other hand, recent developments clearly show that Russia, unlike the United States, is a country that respects friendly and strategic interaction with others, including Iran, so it is possible from a position of friendship to resolve all outstanding differences.
This is important because, contrary to what some Western pro-Western currents seek to promote, it has become clear that Iranian-Russian relations have reached a level of mutual understanding and cooperation based on common interests, and thus, through effective diplomacy, complex issues can be resolved. In the meantime; With a clear understanding of this issue by America, the Americans were forced to give guarantees to the Russians and by changing the playing ground by Iran, they were practically put in a position to respond to the reason for the suspension of talks and the failure to make political decisions.
To be more precise, it can be said: The West, especially the United States, has noticed a fundamental change in the terminology of negotiations with Iran and is well aware that Tehran is not only unwilling to retreat from its red lines in negotiations but that Iran is by making optimum use of all that it has From capabilities in the fields of "diplomacy" and "ground", it has

Certainly, if necessary, the Russians should provide an explanation as to whether or not the nature of the guarantee request has changed, but the indisputable fact is that the effective diplomacy and smart disposition of the Islamic Republic of Iran have addressed real and false concerns about the possible failure of the Vienna negotiations due to Moscow's new request, and showed the real role of the countries present in the negotiations in front of public opinion.
