Assignment of the Vienna talks in the light of the common goals of the Eastern side of the talks

In both main parts of the negotiations, the issue of "sanctions" and "nuclear activities", because the basis of Iran's demands is the obligations and rights enshrined in the JCPOA, there is no strategic conflict between Iran, Russia, and China and a close alignment between the three countries.

NOURNEWS - Since the beginning of the new Vienna negotiation process, the Western side of the P4+1, in addition to using a variety of media techniques and psychological operations to accuse Iran, has made every effort to create and deepen the rift between Iran and the eastern side of the negotiations, China and Russia.

This effort, which is based on sensitivities related to non-proliferation of the two countries and their concerns about the relations between Iran and the IAEA, with active and intelligent diplomacy of our country and resolving their concerns and the IAEA has so far failed to meet the Western side's goal of aligning Moscow and Beijing with their extravagant approaches.

Zionist officials and the media's lies over the past three weeks about Iran's peaceful nuclear program, such as the one about launching 90% uranium enrichment in Iran's nuclear industry, as well as creating an atmosphere about Iran's intention to delay and simultaneously expand its nuclear activities, are clear examples. One of these efforts was to provoke the sensitivities of China and Russia.

However, in both main sections of the issues raised in the JCPOA agreement and the recent negotiation process, namely the issue of "sanctions" and "nuclear activities," because Iran's demands are based on the obligations and rights enshrined in the JCPOA, there is no strategic conflict between the three countries. And there is no China that wants to pit Beijing and Moscow against Iran.

On the subject of "sanctions", the two countries themselves are wounded by the illegal policies of the West, especially the United States, in using the means of sanctions to exercise political will, and they strongly oppose the imposition of sanctions on those countries. As they have repeatedly stated during the recent negotiations, they consider the lifting of sanctions as the main necessity for reaching an agreement and fully confirm Iran's position in this regard.

On the subject of "nuclear activities", the red line between China and Russia is the "non-proliferation regime", which both the IAEA's constant reports and their aristocracy on Iran's activities have shown them that Tehran is in no way opposed to the non-proliferation regime. Has not done so and considers itself bound and committed to safeguarding obligations.

On the other hand, laying the ground for participating in Iran's nuclear program, such as cooperation with China in the Arak heavy water project or the presence of Russians in the Bushehr power plant, is one of the strategies that Iran uses to bring these two countries closer to its peaceful nuclear program.

In addition, some other China-Russia conflicts with the West in the international arena, such as those taking place in Eastern Europe and East Asia, have effectively strengthened their presence on the Iranian front in the Vienna talks and set common goals for the three countries.

The remarks made two days ago by US officials such as White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and the emphasis on strengthening relations with China and Russia were in fact a reaction to the full alignment of Iran, China and Russia in the Vienna talks. It has caused problems for our country.

According to some unconfirmed reports, Iran's talks with the P4+1 are set to resume before the end of this year.

This round of talks is more sensitive and complex due to the agreement reached between the parties to the talks on nuclear drafts and the lifting of the agreed sanctions, which turns the Vienna talks into a real arena for advancing the will.

Iran, China, and Russia can take advantage of the significant commonalities they have over the need for sanctions to be lifted and the parties to return to the JCPOA fully, while preventing the West from exaggerating the negotiations. Take the time and insist on their extrajudicial demands and agree to a good agreement, or introduce these negligent and inactive countries that plunged the JCPOA into the abyss with their behavior as the real culprits for not reaching an agreement with the world.
