According to reports, Bin Sultan, a Saudi intelligence operative with a background in chairing the National Security Council, intelligence and the Saudi embassy in Washington, along with Trump's son-in-law and Jewish adviser, Jared Kushner, has a special role to play in coordinating the agreement. In this regard, he has the mission to provide the necessary grounds for the official announcement of Saudi Arabia's accession to this agreement.
Bandar Bin Sultan's extensive and specific relations with the AIPAC extremist lobby and his opposition to the resistance axis and Palestinian idea led him to implement much of Kushner's orders, both in the deal of century and in the normalization of relations as a fully-fledged element.
These efforts, which have recently become more public, have gone so far as to explicitly mention by the Zionist newspaper Maariv in a report: "Bandar bin Sultan is demining the path to peace between Riyadh and Tel Aviv, and his sharp criticism of Palestinian leaders indicates Riyadh and Tel Aviv's approach to normalizing relations."
