NOURNEWS - Speaking at the weekly meeting of the Supreme Council of Judiciary Officials, Seyyed Ibrahim Ra'isi stated, referring to the recent events in the United States: "The incident began when a police officer pressured his knee on the young black man's neck for seven minutes, killing him in public."
"There have been widespread protests in 25 US cities, and some cities are even seeking military rule," he said.
"What we have seen is the racism that exists in the American system of domination & arrogance, and these widespread popular protests in this country are the widespread anger that has existed in American society for decades, especially among African-American, over the arrogant regime." he added.
He continued: "Although the United States is the host of the United Nations, this racist regime is the biggest violator of international conventions."
He said: "It is the incompetent administration of the United States that has killed more than 100,000 people as a result of Coronavirus, and all the scenes are in front of the eyes of the people of the world."
"We hope that the American people and all the oppressed nations in the West will achieve their rights and justice," he stated.
The main interpretation of Imam Khomeini's line; The life of the leader of the revolution
Chief Justice: "The stances and views of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, his policy, method, intellectual conduct and practical life are the best interpretation of the Imam's line."
"The basis of Imam Khomeini's line is belief in God, self-belief and people's belief, and in fact Imam Khomeini always saw God in his behavior and with full confidence he also knew the great abilities and capacities of the Iranian nation," he implied.
"One of the central points of the Imam's line was to rely on justice, spirituality and ethics, and that he was guided by all the guidelines and critical sections, including the drafting of the constitution and the formation of the future structures of the system from the constitution, All his efforts were to spread justice, morality and spirituality in the society."
Ra'isi also commemorated the anniversary of Imam Khomeini's demise and expressed that: "With each passing year, Imam Khomeini and his line become clearer to society, and today the behavior and life of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution well reflects the Imam's line of thought."
Law enforcement is the best indicator of justice in society
Ra'isi expressed: "Lawlessness; Anti-value and rule of law is a value, and no one in any position should allow himself to circumvent the law and evade the law."
"In the implementation of the law, if priorities are not properly identified, as a result, instead of dealing with organized and professional trafficking, dealing with backpackers will matter more, also, instead of dealing with luxury building owners and palaces, priority is given to dealing with sheds," he continued.
"Instead of dealing with settlers It is not supposed to be dealing with those who abuse their power and wealth in climate-friendly areas by violating the construction law," he added.
"If an organized smuggler enters the country by container, and then confronted, the cases of smuggling will surely be resolved," he said.
"Also, if in any case, the so called important people are dealt with everywhere, naturally, the cases of minor violations will be eliminated," he implied.
The need to pay attention to the poor in the 11th parliament
Seyyed Ibrahim Ra'isi stated: "We hope that, as the Supreme Leader of the Revolution emphasized, attention to the poor will be taken care of by the Eleventh Assembly."
"In the judiciary, we will cooperate fully with the parliament in this regard, so that the people will feel completely calm and secure," he said.
"He also spoke about dealing with crimes and offenses: In this regard, the judiciary will do its best, and judges, law enforcement and officers across the country are obliged to deal seriously with thieves, especially professional thieves and swindlers who disrupt the security of society and the peace of mind of the people," he added.
He expressed: "In this regard, the law enforcement force should not have the slightest shortcomings, and judges, law enforcement and all executive departments of the Ministry of Interior should note that this is not an issue that should be neglected, and these cases must be taken seriously."
He continued: "Certainly we should learn how to deal with those who cause trouble in society and public opinion and people's views."
"The anomalies, crimes and murders that take place in the country are due to the disregard for morality and spirituality in the society. In this regard, careful scientific work and expert criminology must be done in order to prevent such anomalies of theft and crime," he implied.
He said: "Attention to spirituality and morality in society will lead to the prevention of these anomalies, and all institutions are responsible for being sensitive to these issues and crimes."
