The shock of the Europeans to Ukraine’s president and the increased risk of playing on American soil

Now Volodymyr Zelenskyy is more than ever aware of the instrumental view of the United States and the European Union towards his country, but this late regret may no longer benefit him and the people of his country.

NOURNEWS - These days, Europe does not send good signals to the Ukrainian government. On the one hand, the fall of the strategic city of Bakhmut has reduced the power of the Ukrainian army to be active in the eastern regions, especially the Donbass, and on the other hand, Europe has lost the risk-taking power of blindly playing on American soil and their agendas.

In this regard; In recent days, the news of the opposition of many European countries to the continued exemption of Ukrainian agricultural products from customs tariffs has been published.

The measures imposed under the title of removing tariffs on the import of Ukrainian agricultural products in Europe have now become a permanent challenge in the united Europe.

The temporary measures agreed by the EU affect the trade of four Ukrainian products: wheat, corn, rapeseed and sunflower seeds.

A group of 12 European Union countries, including Germany and France, have raised serious concerns over a recent deal on duty-free grain transit to Ukraine, reigniting a political row that Brussels had hoped to contain.

Before this, only Eastern European countries and Ukraine's neighbors were against the imposition of these tariffs and the continuation of this process, but as predicted, now more countries have expressed their concern about the tariff-free import of four main agricultural products of Ukraine.

The message of this issue is far beyond the agricultural and commercial sphere in Europe and it seems that many European countries are no longer willing to pay the costs of the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The emergence of some major differences and conflicts between the United States and the European members of NATO over the way of dealing with Moscow has not had an impact on the formation of this process.

Some European players rightly claim that the policies of Washington and London will lead NATO to face an unpredictable crisis, the consequences and geopolitical effects of which are much difficult for Europe than for the United States.

Therefore, countries like Germany and France, which happened to prevent the establishment of a peace negotiation table between Kiev and Moscow with their wrong and risky policies since the beginning of the Ukraine war, are now more than ever talking about diplomacy and the importance of its role in ending the war.

The recent challenge surfed over the agreement on customs exemption for Ukrainian products has given another shock to the president of Ukraine, and now " Volodymyr Zelenskyy" is aware more than ever of the instrumental view of the United States and the European Union towards his country, but this late regret may no longer be not benefit him and the people of his country.

The agreement was reached last month after Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria claimed that the influx of Ukrainian grain had increased unfair competition and lowered prices for local farmers in non-Ukrainian countries.

This solution has now been challenged by a larger group of member states who believe that the agreement is against the bloc's trade rules, lacks transparency and requires further consultations. These 12 countries have also warned about the possible negative impact of this trend on the European markets.
