NOURNEWS - Ayatollah Seyyed Kazem Haeri of the revolutionary and anti-American authorities announced in a statement yesterday, Monday, that due to old age and illness, he resigned from the responsibility of authority and emphasized to all his followers that Imam Khamenei is the authority and leader of the Islamic Ummah.
After the announcement of this news, Seyyed Moqtada Sadr, the leader of Iraq's Sadr movement, issued a statement announcing his withdrawal from all political activities, which made the crisis situation in Iraq even more critical.
Martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Muhammad Sadiq Sadr (father of Seyyed Moqtada) asked his followers to follow Ayatollah Haeri after him and that he should be their reference.
Ayatollah Haeri has been practically the source of imitation of the Sadr movement since 2003, especially after 2003 and the occupation of Iraq by the Americans, his anti-occupation positions were known and clear to everyone, and even the Sadr movement confronted the Americans on this basis and through Jaish al-Mahdi.
The point is; The consolidation of Moqtada Sadr's political leadership over Sadr's movement was based on his approval in those years, but during these years, some actions of this movement in the political field caused this movement to find an angle with the opinions of this religious authority.
The points emphasized by Ayatollah Haeri in his resignation statement contain important issues that he has pointed out to his followers:
- Maintaining unity and cohesion and not giving colonialism and Zionism and their mercenaries a chance to ignite the fire of sedition and to know that their common enemy is America, Zionism and its sequels.
- It is up to all the scholars, scholars, cultural elites and writers to inform the people so that they can know friend from enemy and understand their real interests.
- It is necessary for the children of the two martyrs of Sadr, may God have mercy on them both, to know that the friendship of those two martyrs will not be enough if it is not accompanied by faith in the way of both of them in righteous deeds and with true adherence to their goals, and they should know that it is not enough to simply claim or be related to those two martyrs, and whoever tries to create division between the children of the nation and the religion in the name of those two martyrs, or take leadership in the name of those two, while lacking the degree of ijtihad and other conditions specified in Leadership is Sharia, in fact, it will not be Sadri, even if it claims to be so or has a relationship.
- Criminal and corrupt Baathists and mercenaries should be removed from positions and responsibilities in the country and that power should not be given to them in any way because they do not want your good and for nothing but party interests and serving their colonialist and Zionist masters and Their sequels do not think.
The important points of this statement show that the authorities are worried about the Zionist-American conspiracy and some countries in the region for sedition in Iraq and civil war and ultimately the disintegration of this country.
The current developments in Iraq show that coherence and unity and obedience to authority is the only way out of the current crisis, and dialogue and agreement between political currents can solve the current crisis in Iraq by electing the president and prime minister through consensus among groups.
The words of Iraqi politicians these days and even Sadr's words today show that Iraqis are not interested in the continuation of this crisis that threatens the territorial integrity of Iraq and the people of this country, and they themselves know that the continuation of this crisis will only lead to the realization of the goals of the American Zionist system.
In the meantime, the arson and seditiousness of the anti-resistance and Western-Zionist-affiliated media clearly shows what sinister scenario exists behind the recent seditious acts for Iraq not to exit the crisis.
