The U.S. Future Scenario in Afghanistan and the Strategies to Deal with It

Although the withdrawal of US troops is apparently taking place, they are trying to continue to infiltrate Afghanistan through intelligence and security mechanisms because of the strategic interests they envision for themselves in the region, and for this purpose, they will also benefit from the help of countries like Pakistan.

NOURNEWS - Rapid developments in Afghanistan, although accompanied by the withdrawal of US troops from the country, for important reasons, cannot be equated with the end of Washington's will to influence Afghanistan's future equations.

It should be noted that the withdrawal of US troops, although apparently taking place, will continue to infiltrate Afghanistan through intelligence and security mechanisms, due to the strategic interests they envision for themselves in the region. They will also benefit from the help of countries like Pakistan.

In unveiling his foreign policy, Biden emphasized the threat posed by China alongside Russia, emphasizing internationalism, coalition-building, diplomacy-oriented foreign policy, and the defense of Western values to make it clear that he considered the two countries still a threat to the United States.

China's containment policy is one of Biden's top foreign policy priorities, which he has repeatedly emphasized.

In this regard, although the United States disagrees with India on some issues, it also has a glimpse of its role in controlling China.

In addition to controlling China, the United States is definitely planning to create a challenge in the Russian-controlled region, Afghanistan's northern border, and to create preoccupation with a longtime rival.

On the other hand, creating insecurity on the 921-kilometer border between Iran and Afghanistan could be a new lever of pressure on Tehran, along with the continuation of sanctions, and, in the US view, could be effective in future indirect negotiations with Iran.

According to this, utilizing allied forces and trying to infiltrate future structures to directly and indirectly influence future decisions will be key US strategies in Afghanistan because the United States sees Afghanistan as a hotbed of insecurity and instability to intervene in.

In this direction, the use of terrorist groups, especially ISIS, to destabilize Afghanistan and its neighboring countries with the aim of creating misunderstandings between them will be one of the most important US programs.

But to counter this American conspiracy, which is about to develop with the cooperation of Britain, as the Islamic Republic has emphasized for months by reading the American hand, is the inter-Afghan talks and the hosting of these talks in Tehran in July 1400, supported by other countries in the region. The same strategy must be pursued vigorously.

Inter-party talks and the establishment of an inclusive government and the de-escalation of internal and regional tensions are the first steps to establish stability and security in Afghanistan and prevent the implementation of the country's insecurity plans by the ill-wishers of the Afghan people. And religions should be considered as the main strategy of the countries in the region.

Although the Taliban have increased their dominance in Afghanistan by relying on military power and, of course, the dubious commitment of the Afghan army and government, they must take into account the fact that only a government approved by the international community will have all the right groups. Afghans should take part in it.

Naturally, this group can participate in governing the country as much as it can win the seats in the Afghan legislature, and then it can be responsible for nominating a candidate for the presidency in the executive branch of Afghanistan.

The emphasis of the Islamic Republic of Iran and countries such as Russia, China, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc. on this policy, in addition to creating a kind of interaction with all sides in Afghanistan, will neutralize the fraudulent and challenging US policy in this sensitive region.

In this regard, by forming a new alliance with the presence of all of Afghanistan's neighbors and without the presence of extra-regional countries, it is possible to establish a peaceful process for the future of this country and the recognition of the rights of all ethnic groups and religions in Afghanistan without tension and bloodshed.
