Why has the lifting of sanctions become such a difficult issue?

Focusing on the keywords of the impact of the Iranian presidential election on the formation of the existing stalemate, the Western parties are trying to relate the current situation to Iran's internal affairs, while the 1400 election in Iran is a completely internal issue and the result is in the existing strategy. The manner in which parliamentary law is followed does not change.

NOURNEWS - French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian on Tuesday, March 16th, in a statement named "tactical problems" and "Iran's internal situation" as obstacles to the resumption of talks on JCPOA and said: "Iran's return to fulfilling its obligations under JCPOA "The starting point will be broader talks on Iran's regional activities and missile program."

France has previously said that the Persian Gulf states should also be included in the talks, and that regional security should be part of the new nuclear talks with Iran.

Recently, the Western side of the IAEA, including the European and American troika, has repeatedly spoken of the need to extend and strengthen the agreement in order to extend restrictions on Iran's nuclear program and to include Iran's missile program and regional activities in the IAEA, influenced by Iran's countermeasures.

In this regard, the US Special Representative for Iran, Robert Malley, has said: "Iran's presidential election has no effect on the nuclear talks, and the US government does not regulate the pace of the talks on the basis of the Iranian election. The criterion for speed is the extent to which these talks are compatible with defending US national security interests."

On the other hand, recently, 140 US lawmakers wrote a letter to the State Department calling for a "new and comprehensive agreement" with Iran, including a missile program, the release of American prisoners in the Islamic Republic, and Iran's support for "regional terrorism."

At the same time, Iran's strategy has been clearly defined and announced, and its basis is the complete and comprehensive lifting of all sanctions to return the situation to before the US withdrawal from the UN Security Council.

More importantly, contrary to the French Foreign Minister's remarks, there are no tactical or technical problems inside Iran that would undermine this strategy. All elements of the system are determined to implement the law of the parliament, and everyone sees that this law is being pursued without compromise with the beginning of 20% enrichment, the abolition of the voluntary implementation of the Additional Protocol, and the installation and activation of new generation centrifuges.

Westerners are working hard to link their inaction and negligence to Iran's internal affairs as a cover to get rid of the passivity and problems they have created.

Meanwhile, the repeated statements of US officials regarding the activation of indirect talks with Iran, although are due to passivity in the face of Iran's firm stance against the continuation of Washington's extravagances, but their purpose is to avoid responding to the election campaign.

It is quite clear that the expression of deviant issues by the Western parties, including the grounding for the need to extend the JCPOA talks to missile and regional issues, signals the unwillingness of Europe and the United States to solve the problems they have created.

While the West has not yet paid its heavy debt to Iran for non-fulfillment of its obligations, they are talking about issues that Iran has repeatedly stated explicitly that it considers a red line and is not willing to discuss any of these issues.

An assessment of the Westerners' statements shows that the stalemate and lack of progress in reaching an agreed solution is not due to tactical and technical problems inside Iran, but to their "fraudulent strategy" that led to the failure to implement an international agreement backed by the organization's resolution. Has become a nation of shame for the claimants of diplomacy and international peace and security.
