NOURNEWS - Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's envoy to Vienna, tweeted that in order to make further progress in the UN Security Council talks, JCPOA members must have a better understanding of the lifting of US sanctions against Iran, and lifting sanctions is a key condition for successful talks.
As for nuclear action (what needs to be done by Iran), the picture is more or less clear.
Not much progress has been made yet, but we have reasons for cautious optimism from all sides. Iran and the United States, for example, are united in their commitment to the full implementation of the nuclear agreement.
