NOURNEWS - Since the suspension of the voluntary implementation of the Additional Protocol by Iran started from the March 5 deadline and was approved by the Iranian parliament, the Western side, including Europe and the United States, have made extensive efforts to disrupt this process.
The remarkable point in this sabotage is that the design made by Iran in this confrontational action and the determination to do so without compromising it, is not only outside the framework of JCPOA, but it is an action to protect JCPOA whose life depends on the fulfillment of its obligations by all parties.
Therefore, over the past 20 days, Europe and the United States have tried in various stages to prevent Iran from achieving its goals, and by adopting a fraudulent approach, they are trying to use "coercion diplomacy" to force Iran to suspend its reduction program without fulfilling their obligations.
These include the failure of the European Troika to draft an anti-Iran resolution at the IAEA Board of Governors, as well as numerous interviews conducted in recent days by the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and concerns about Iran's peaceful nuclear program.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration, which seeks to present a different face than the Trump administration's "return to diplomacy" gesture, has come under pressure from the media and the domestic opposition for failing to conduct coercive diplomacy against Iran. Has been mobilized to return to JCPOA free of charge.
Repeated statements by US officials and the false claim that indirect talks with Iran have begun are one of the main psychological tactics being pursued with the widespread support of the Western media and with the aim of pulling the Biden administration out of passivity.
By pursuing this strategy, the Americans are trying to induce a dichotomy in Iran and Tehran's withdrawal from full implementation of the parliamentary law, making Biden's irrational and extravagant policies effective in putting pressure on Iran and buying the opportunity to return to JCPOA free of charge.
In line with Biden's successive remarks by Secretary of State Anthony Blinken on the need to return to JCPOA's step-by-step commitments, White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan emphasized that the line of dialogue between Iran and US officials has been active in this regard.
The insistence on such untrue statements, which have been repeatedly denied by the Iranian authorities, clarifies at least a few points:
First, Iran's recent confrontational action, based on a parliamentary resolution and under the "active resistance" strategy, has approached its goals of making the West passive and has prompted Western parties to seek a solution.
Second, Sullivan and Blinken's remarks are completely inactive and show confusion over Iran's active play in realizing its lost rights.
Third, there is an insistence on establishing an informal dialogue line between the two sides with the aim of instilling duality within Iran and weakening the collective will of the system to implement the parliament's resolution without compromise.
In the meantime, some ill-considered and hasty remarks at home have become favorable grounds for advancing the American psychological line, which should be avoided more carefully.
It seems on this basis that the continuation of the Iran's determination and will to fully implement the parliamentary law to lift sanctions and realize the rights of the nation is undoubtedly an important step in forcing the West to fulfill its obligations, which have been shrouded in various forms since the signing of JCPOA.
