NOURNEWS - "Abbas Khamehyar", the cultural advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon, announced this visit and "Mohammad Jalal Firuznia", the ambassador of Iran, announced that one of the critically injured was on the Tehran-Beirut Mahan flight.

Yesterday (Saturday), together with Mr. Firuznia, our country's ambassador to Lebanon, we visited the hospital of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in Beirut, visiting one of the wounded in the US terrorist attack on Mahan passenger plane, and thanked the doctors and nurses of this hospital.
Late on Thursday night, two American fighters illegally intercepted and harassed Mahan Air's Airbus A310 on its international route from Tehran to Beirut.
The pilot of the flight, after ignoring the two fighters to his messages, quickly reduced the altitude of the plane with intelligence and speed of action in order to neutralize the "Operation Sutter" of the Americans to mislead the Syrian air defense.
Unfortunately, a number of passengers on the Mahan flight were injured during the illegal operation, for which a spokesman for the Centcom terrorist organization officially claimed responsibility, some of whom are reported to be in critical condition.
