What is the Main Reason for Trump's Sudden Turn towards Venezuela?

Trump is so concerned about Iran's influence in Latin America that he has abandoned his puppet (Juan Guido) in Venezuela and, despite previous stances and hostilities, he has announced his tacit readiness to negotiate with President Nicolas Maduro, which Trump tried to oust him with a coup.

NOURNEWS - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has said he is ready to meet with Trump. Last winter, however, the United States formally opposed the legitimate government in Venezuela following a US-backed coup d'etat by Juan Guido.

In an interview with the Axios website on Monday morning, Trump also noted Maduro's readiness to meet; Opinions about the self-proclaimed and US-backed President Guido have changed in Venezuela, and he may be thinking about and not objecting to the meeting.

What emerges from this sudden change of position is Trump's serious concern about the future of his influence in Latin America.

Venezuela's economy has plummeted following a coup in Venezuela last year and severe US sanctions. During this period, the Islamic Republic of Iran, with its political and economic support for this country, in addition to strengthening its position in the region, caused a serious alarm for the United States in Latin America.

A country that for many years has been considered by the White House to be the backyard of the United States,  is now leaning toward Iran, and this could be a sign of failure for the United States.

On the other hand; Following Iran's success in transporting fuel to Venezuela, despite US threats, it sent an important message to the world that Iran has an important role to play not only in its region but also beyond its borders in international politics, and with high authority and deterrence, it can play a significant role.

This concern is above all because Iran, against the will of the United States, has not only not been isolated in the world, but after establishing its position in West and Southwest Asia as an undisputed power and regional peacekeeper,  is now looking for many allies far from its borders and along the borders of the United States.

To put it better; This means that Iran, by adopting a clever "active resistance" strategy, has been able to bring together vital and strategic areas of the world that undermine America's aggressive and hegemonic interests and expand the depth of its strategic influence.
