If the IAEA's statutes and legal protocols are clear, such requests must be based on clear legal reasons and within the framework of the IAEA's truth-seeking system, and member states must not allow such an heresy to interfere in the IAEA's monitoring process.
Note that; As stated in numerous reports by the agency's former and current director general, for years, the strongest real-world trial of Iran's nuclear activities has been under the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement, the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, and the Additional Protocol. And according to these reports, Iran has had the highest and best level of cooperation with the IAEA, both in terms of rewards and in terms of JCPOA.
Accordingly; Iran has always complied with its commitments under the JCPOA, the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement and the Additional Protocol in providing access to IAEA inspectors, Therefore, it is obvious that the emphasis of the new report on the need for more access to it, based on the false claims of the usurping Zionist regime, has no meaning other than passing through the technical-legal phase and leading to the political-security issue by the Director General of the IAEA, and it might hurt the positive cooperation between Iran and the IAEA.
It is clear that the Zionist regime and the United States of America have put a lot of pressure on the director general of the IAEA during the preparation of this illegal and oriented report to reopen issues already under the heading of the PMD on Iran's nuclear program through the re-establishment of baseless allegations or information.
More importantly, The collection of information by third parties (especially non-members of the Agency) for political exploitation in a manner inconsistent with the sovereignty of States, as well as the pursuit and verification of IAEA tests in this regard, is contrary to the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
Iran, based on the Supreme Leader's fatwa banning the production, proliferation, accumulation, and use of weapons of mass destruction, essentially does not require nuclear weapons, and extensive unprecedented transparency combined with a strong truth-testing mechanism has been a testament to this over the years.
However, the evil and usurping Israel regime, which has become the scene of this new war against the Iranian nation, is itself one of the most dangerous regimes in the field of production, expansion and use of weapons of mass destruction in the world, which has not accepted any of the international treaties in this regard.
According to this; Because any request made by the IAEA on the basis of alleged and forged documents is inconsistent with its statute and the test system, as it does not create any obligation for Iran, otherwise we must see countless questions each time, which the only source is forged documents.
