Trump Hiding in the White House Bunker

NBC has confirmed that US President Donald Trump was briefly transferred to an underground shelter in the White House by the Secret Service on Friday.

NOURNEWS - CNBC correspondent Chris Jansing wrote on her Twitter account: "NBC news has confirmed on Friday - the president was taken by secret service to the underground bunker at the WH. This is the same bunker that was used for former VP Cheney during the  9-11 attacks. He was there for a “very short period” out of an abundance of caution."

The New York Times also reported that Trump had been transferred to a secret shelter to counter the terrorist threat in a precautionary measure due to the approach of protesters to the White House.

CNN on Monday morning released images of the riot guard in the White House and described the security in the area; President Donald Trump was briefly given an underground shelter when the protesters gathered in front of the White House on Friday night, according to a government official and security forces.

Sources stated that Trump was in the underground shelter of the White House for less than an hour and then left; But it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Trump has repeatedly thanked the White House for its actions since Friday night's rally in front of the White House. He wrote in a Twitter: "Great job last night at the White House by the U.S. @SecretService, They were not only totally professional, but very cool. I was inside, watched every move, and couldn’t have felt more safe."

Associated Press reported a few minutes ago that the number of protesters detained by US police in recent protests had reached 4,100.
