NOURNEWS- According to Russia Today, The first deputy secretary of defense Drew Walter stated that if the president orders, the country will be relatively ready to conduct a nuclear test within a few months.
Washington Post reported on May 22 that the United States had been considering conducting the first nuclear test since 1992.
According to the report, the issue was discussed at a meeting of ministers & officials of related American institutions on May 15, but no agreement was reached on the subject.
U.S. official said that investigations were still ongoing.
